Malton

A custom 18 x 36 swimming pool was central to the design, featuring steps padded with memory foam for added comfort. The pool also included six laminar deck jets, creating an elegant and soothing water display. This luxurious pool was complemented by a custom U-shaped grill island, with under-cabinet lighting and high-end Coyote barbecue appliances. It was a perfect spot for outdoor cooking and entertaining.

Our commitment to quality is evident in the materials we used for the Malton project. We used a mix of Techo Bloc, blue grande slab, and Banas natural stone to create a sophisticated and durable surface that ties the various elements of the backyard together. Over 100 outdoor lighting fixtures were installed to create a truly ambient nighttime environment, highlighting the beauty of the landscaping and hardscaping features. These lights not only enhance the visual appeal but also provide functional illumination for evening gatherings and activities.

A standout feature of the Malton project is the custom modern pergola, crafted from 10 x 10 dimensional lumber Douglas fir. This structure provides shade and a focal point within the backyard, adding to the overall aesthetic and functionality. A full cabana with a mechanical room was also constructed, offering dedicated pool equipment and storage space. The combination of these features creates a backyard that is not only visually stunning but also highly functional, providing a perfect blend of luxury and practicality.
